I have been a bridge teacher since the early seventies and owner, manager and director of The Prince of Wales Duplicate Bridge Club in Ottawa since 1978.

As the syndicated bridge columnist of the Toronto Star as well as the writer for the Ottawa Citizen, the 4000th column will soon appear in the newspapers.   

I have represented Canada in the Bermuda Bowl and at the World Championships.

Bridge has engulfed my life since the tender age of sixteen but I have not played competitively for many years as a consequence of a busy schedule.
